The gateway to upper Clear Creek Canyon, Berthoud offers plenty of wide open spaces to settle into. Steep and challenging terrain with plentiful snowfall averaging 500 inches annually are a perfect compliment to winter backcountry skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. The same terrain in the summer provides plenty of backpacking and hiking adventure.
The gorgeous Berthoud valley is known as the “The Garden Spot of Colorado”. This town is a great place to live away from the hustle and bustle of the big metropolis. Perfectly situated between Longmont and Loveland, access to Interstate 25 allows for great access to restaurants and shopping offered in these nearby cities.
