With a population of 12,000+, living in Firestone offers residents a suburban feel in a charming setting. It has easy access to the Rocky Mountains, front range communities, parks, trails, schools, community events and more.
Firestone has more than thirty-five parks and twelve miles of scenic trail, and the Firestone/Legacy Trail is over twelve miles long located where the old railroad tracks were, that serviced the coal industry, for much of the trail.
Less expensive to live in than Boulder county and is only 20 min from Longmont, 30 min from Boulder, and 40 min from Denver. Very conveniently located off I-25 and Hwy 52.
One online feedback says it all:
“I love living in Firestone. It’s right by 1-25 so it’s a 30-minute drive to Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Ft. Collins, etc. It also has grocery stores and is 15 minutes outside of Longmont which has good dining and shopping. It’s more quiet than Longmont and has a great sense of community.”
