Even though the actual town of Mead, CO has a total area of 4.4 square miles, it is surrounded by a vast amount of open space land where you can build your family inheritance on.
The charm to Mead is the ability to keep a community amongst the families while there could be distance between neighbors by hosting the local Meade photography contest, publishing a local newsletter, weekly senior lunches and movies in the park for just a few on the event calendar provided.
According to the town’s website: “Mead is one of the best, strategically located towns in Colorado.
As Interstate 25 serves as the main north/south corridor along the Colorado Front Range, one can travel to Denver or Fort Collins in 30 minutes time. Additionally, Highway 66 serves as the southern scenic gateway into Rocky Mountain National Park, providing ideal access for not only residents but travelers, year-round.”
