I had an opportunity to celebrate a friends birthday at The Mercury Cafe, this unique restaurant is located at 2199 California Street, Denver. Upon first walking in, you will notice the unique lamps and twinkling lights that fill the place. On this particular night, we were entertained by an artist drawing portraits and a group of musicians. As if that wasn’t great enough, upstairs there is dancing. Friday night is the TANGO !!!
They serve locally-sourced vegetables, fruits, grains, meat, fish and bar selections, augmented with fair trade imports. They have an organic menu with meat/fish, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free choices. They truly treasure our local farmers, ranchers, vintners and distilleries.
